I appreciated the cleanliness and effort the staff put into maintaining the areas. However, there were a few hiccups. Check-in was frustrating. we felt ignored while waiting at reception. The elevators were a nightmare during peak times, adding unnecessary stress to our day. Also, we noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathrooms, which detracted from the experience. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly atmosphere and overall design of the hotel made for a memorable stay. Spending time at the beautiful pier bar is definitely a plus, and special shoutout to Mustafa, who worked tirelessly to make every meal enjoyable. But I wish the kids club had more activities—it could really enhance the experience for families.

The service was great, especially with Mustafa, our favorite,, who worked tirelessly from breakfast through dinner. The food was an experience on its own,, we even tried the artisan bakery for late-night snacks.
